Fassi Tour – Palazzo del freddo | EN

A journey of approximately 1 hour that will guide you through the century-long history of Fassi 1880 and the secrets of traditional gelato production.

• The Experience:
  The visit includes a historical introduction with a dedicated guide, exclusive access to the production laboratory with a master gelato maker, the opportunity to actively take part in the preparation, and a final tasting.
• Tasting:
  Choice of a cone or cup with three flavours and whipped cream, plus our famous Sanpietrino semifreddo.
• Logistics:
  Tours are available in English, French, Spanish and Italian, from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  We recommend the morning time slot (10:00–12:00) for the best experience, as our premises are closed to the public during those hours.
