  • Historic Machinery: Marvel at the antique equipment that gave life to the very first Fassi artisanal gelato. A true journey back to the origins of Italian sweetness.
  • Exclusive Lab Access: Watch a Master Gelatiere at work as they demonstrate the creation of our gelato. Some guests may even have the unique opportunity to get hands-on and participate in the preparation!
  • Stories and Anecdotes: We will reveal the curious tales and family secrets that have defined the Fassi family and the Palazzo del Freddo for five generations, dating back to 1880.
  • Final Tasting: The sweetest part of the tour. Choose your 3 favorite flavors in a cone or cup, topped with our signature Fassi whipped cream, and served alongside our legendary Sanpietrino (our famous chocolate-glazed semifreddo specialty).Bringing friends or family?
