Fassi Gelateria
Great grandson of the founder, Andrea represents the fifth generation of the Fassi masters. Young and resorceful , he has a degree in Political Science and he cultivates his passion for writing. Before deciding to permanently follow in his family’s footsteps, enticed by a strong sense of curiosity, he travelled the world and came in contact with different faraway cultures. Since he grew up with gelato in his blood, Andrea loves to apply his travelling experiences to the experimentation and creation of exotic flavours, often proposed during his cooking shows and courses at Palazzo del Freddo. He likes to coordinate his passion . for the laboratory: with managing the business, being the only CEO in the company..
