A Fassi commercial recited these verses in 1948. Since then, this semifreddo inspired by the Caterinette, emancipated seamstresses from Turin devoted to S.. Caterine, has become the collective imagery and it preserves, inalterate, its original features. Available in cream and chocolate, coffee and zabaglione, or cream and wild berries.
